Ms. Buchanan understands that the path to developing a healthier food and activity lifestyle is different for each individual. She works with each client to assess food & activity patterns and devise realistic ways for him/her to develop the behaviors and coping skills necessary for healthy weight management. She knows that to effectively support her clients’ nutrition needs, they must learn not only how to make changes in the short-term, but also how to sustain lasting behavioral changes. Her goal is to enable each individual to develop the dietary and lifestyle habits as well as the coping skills necessary to achieve and maintain a healthy weight over the long-term.
